The Canyon Overlook package pairs the two landmarks most people come to Page for, and takes the driving and the parking off your plate. The tour starts with a guided 1.5-hour walk through Lower Antelope Canyon — a 1.1-mile round trip down five flights of stairs into the Navajo sandstone — then continues to Horseshoe Bend, where a 1.2-mile round-trip walk brings you to the rim and the Colorado River wrapping a thousand feet below.
Navajo guides handle the storytelling and the photo tips along the way, and the ride between stops is in a climate-controlled van with water and light snacks on board. Wear closed-toe shoes: the canyon floor is rocky and sandy, and the stairs are steep.
This tour runs on Mountain Standard Time year-round. Arizona does not observe Daylight Saving Time, and phones travelling near the Utah border and through the Navajo Nation often change on their own. Set your watch manually and plan to arrive early.
